PROMO TITLE: ME AND MY BUDDY: “Selfie With My Dog” Online Contest

COMPLETE MECHANICS:

1. The contest is open to all Filipino individuals, 13 years old and above who has a pet dog, with active email address, complete mailing address and contact number.
2. All Genesis Poultry Supply employees and their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not allowed to join the contest.
3. This nationwide promo runs from May 6 – June 5, 2019.
4. To qualify, a participant should take a selfie with his/ her pet dog. Be as CREATIVE as possible by the use of props, best posing styles, positions, etc. – NOT edited.
5. Picture to be submitted must be in JPEG format, at least 2500 pixels on the shorter side, and no more than 6,000 pixels on the longer side. Size should be no larger than 5MB.
6. Edited pictures, those with very low quality and nudity or any inappropriate shot will be automatically disqualified.
7. Participant should visit our website at www.genesispoultrysupply.com and go to the “Promo” page.
8. PARTICIPANT to register by entering Full Name, Email Address, Contact Number (mobile and/ or landline) and Complete Home Address (House number, Street Name, Barangay, City or Province and Postal Code).
9. Write a short description (in English or Tagalog) about his/ her dog – maximum of 2 sentences with clear content.

Example: “I really love my stress reliever, Brownie and we’ve been together for 5 years. He is more than a pet for me as I treat him a best friend and a buddy.”

10. Upload the photo entry and click “Submit.” Participant will be notified via email that we received his/ her entry.

11. Submission starts on May 6, 2019 at 8:00 AM and ends on June 5, 2019 at 1:00 PM.

12. Contestant Number to be assigned to each qualified entry and shall be posted on our website “Promo” page on June 6, 2019.

13. Voting starts on June 6, 2019 at 10:00 AM and ends on July 5, 2019 at 10:00 AM.

14. Only votes entered within the voting period will be counted.

15. All contestants as well as Genesis Poultry Supply employees are not allowed to vote. A qualified voter can only vote once and must have a valid email address and Facebook account (with picture of the voter) to register.

16. VOTER should visit our website within the voting period to register and cast the vote.

17. Under the “Promo” page, register at the Voter’s Form by entering Full Name, Email Address, Active Contact Number, Facebook Account link and the chosen contestant (Contestant Number). Voter will be notified via email that the casted vote has been received.

18. Counting of votes on July 5, 2019 starts from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM with the presence of a DTI Representative.

19. Genesis Poultry Supply (GPS) Staff to enter all information on the Score Sheets (names of participants with total number of votes and copy of their photo entries) and lend it to the Judges and the DTI Representative on July 5, 2019 at 2:00 PM.

20. Criteria for Judging:

a.  Creativity – 40% = Original creativity on ideas, props used, posing and positioning.

b. Voter’s Choice – 20% = Percentage of total number of votes via Website from June 6 – July 5, 2019.

c. Picture Quality – 20% = From medium to high resolution – normal color, lightning, exposure and focus – NOT edited. Followed correct picture format, file type and size.

d. Short Description Content – 20% = Maximum of 2 sentences (in English or Tagalog). Well expressed what the contestant wanted to convey.

21. Judges:

a. Jennifer Dulay – Sales and Marketing Manager of Rabboni Creative Services Inc.

b. Karen Bagalacsa – General Manager of Santino Metal Industries, Inc.

c. Marikit Pangwi – Supply Chain Manager of IL Padrino Caffe and Ristorante

The total number winners for all judging is 3 and each contestant can only win once. The top 3 contestants who will get the highest number of percentage will win.

22. The final computation will be based on the Tally Sheet to be accomplished by the GPS Staff with the presence of the Judges and a DTI Representative.

23. The determination of winners will take place at San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan, with the presence of a DTI Representative on July 5, 2019 at 3:00 PM.

24. Winners to be announced on July 8, 2019 (Monday) at 9:00 AM via our Website and “Genesis Poultry Supply” Facebook page.

25. There will be 3 winners for all judging to receive the following prizes with specifications:

First Prize – 2 pcs. Dog Cage Collapsible 2×2 (L-24” W-24” H-24”) + Php 3,000.00 cash

Second Prize – 2 pcs. Dog Cage Carrying (L-22” W-16” H-19”) + Php 2,000.00 cash

Third Prize – 1 pc. Dog Cage Carrying (L-22” W-16” H-19”) + Php 1,000.00 cash

26. All Dog Cage prizes are not convertible to cash. Genesis Poultry Supply shall pay the 20% tax for prizes exceeding Php 10,000.

27. All winners will be notified via phone call and registered mail. Each winner must present 1 government-issued valid ID with picture, including the received mail to claim the prizes.

28. Prizes Redemption Period: 60 days upon receipt of registered mail.
